Mailing List & Website
Once we have received your initial enquiry we will match your requirements to suitable properties keeping you updated via phone and email. Our website is updated throughout the day and all our properties also appear on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.rentright.co.uk, and other well known property search websites.
Viewings
Once you have seen a property you are interested in we will arrange an accompanied viewing. We are available 7 days a week between 8 am and 8pm! So don’t worry if you’re hard at work during the day we are always available.
After you have decided on your chosen property we will negotiate the tenancy terms between yourself and the Landlord taking into consideration any specific requirements you may have.
Referencing
Once your terms have been agreed we require you to secure the property by paying the administration fee, sign a disclaimer regarding costs involved and complete the referencing process. We will also require proof of I.D and also proof of your current address. In some cases a Guarantor may be needed, we will be able to advise you of this at the time of negotiating your tenancy terms. If a Guarantor is not possible the Landlord may require the full amount to be paid upon commencement of Tenancy.
